Planning the year ahead I thought would bring some excitement and help me feel more in control. However, at one point I found it a little overwhelming. So pleased that we can take it one day at a time, because it is exciting and I am looking forward to what is ahead. Thankful for the wonderful holiday that we have had in the South of Chile and Argentina. Feeling refreshed and up for all that lies ahead. Kicked the year off by having the awesome privilege of taking the wedding ceremony of two friends who we mentored during their courtship and engagement last weekend. A great day. God enabled us, praise him! The South American games are to be held in Chile this March. Equipping of churches to raise up volunteers for Sport's chaplaincy is one focus early on. We will continue to invest in people's lives as well as offering The Marriage Course, an Alpha course and discipling some friends. David will continue investing time in networking towards beginning Sport's Chaplaincy here in Chile. Step by step, waiting for doors to push on and walking through them, when they open. Bronte completes here school life this year, HSC in October then a life full of many open doors and adventures awaiting her. A welcome and surprise visit will bring much joy to our household as we look forward to Michelle's sister and mum coming for a while in April. As the year draws to a close we will find ourselves preparing for our second Home Assignment in December.

About Us
David and Michelle are serving in Santiago, Chile with their four children. We look forward to journeying with you as we serve here with SIM.
What are we doing?
We have been very grateful for the ways that God has allowed us to be involved in people’s lives as we endeavor to strengthen families and marriages through discipleship and evangelism. Small groups using Christianity Explored and Alpha Marriage, parenting workshops and one on one discipleship are key areas of our ministry.
